ENTREPRENEUR BEGINNINGS
Admittedly, I am somewhat of a serial entrepreneur. As creator of what I classify an EntreProfessional™ (one who has built her business part-time while working in another professional capacity full-time juggling two careers), and being all too familiar with the benefits and limitations of this label, I have become an authority on how to build a solo business on a shoestring budget while turning it into a thriving enterprise. I got my start as an up and coming entrepreneur at the grassroots level. I became known as a career advocate for young professionals through my flagship organization, Enterprising Young Professionals Network (EYPN).
At the time, I was part of a newfound movement of organizations in my community (where I resided at the time) who had taken a concerted effort to advancing philanthropic endeavors, mentorship opportunities, and career enhancement in the lives of young working adults. I found early success when the city's largest newspaper, The Lakeland Ledger (a New York Times sister newspaper) featured me on the front page of the business section as a leader in networking and professional development; a significant feat considering I made the cover story over a celebrated national non-profit and local organizations with similar programs. I quickly garnered the support of individuals and businesses alike; nonetheless after years of navigating the maze of entrepreneurship, I was not exempt from reinventing my business, and ultimately found myself back in the workplace, employed by someone else. Those early experiences laid the platform for what continues to fuel my entrepreneurial appetite today.
I have an out of the box manifesto and believe in original stratagems. Because of this, I am often sought after for my groundbreaking ways of doing business. I have a personal mission of creating programs that empower women and girls to live out their dreams. This became evident through my past businesses and initiatives, which included InterLink City (formally EYPN), Teen Girls Empowerment Summit, The Plant A Seed Grantsmanship Program, Youth Media Works and a host of seminars, motivational speaking, and training workshops for non-profit organizations, schools, churches, sororities, women empowerment groups, and teen programs. Additionally, I have served as host and executive producer of The Business Zone, my own regionally broadcast (cable television) small business show.
THE CORPORATE WORLD
And yes, there's the corporate world. . .where I honed over 13 years leadership experience in marketing, communications, training, community relations, and child protection advocacy; which included the management and application of revenue over $900 million annually in the private sector, and a $50,000 community-based grant. I also evaluated & monitored a non-profit budget of $600,000; prepared & administered a payroll budget of over $325,000 and equipment budget of over $25,000. Additionally, I supervised a 14-person staff in cash reporting and revenue processing areas, across six specialized departments. As you would guess, I've had my share of private, public, and non-profit twists and turns.
RECENT PROJECTS
Today, I am a published author, founder, publisher, and CEO of Stiletto Woman Media, a publishing and new media company, home to Stiletto Woman Magazine, Stiletto Girlz, Stiletto Social Club, and Stiletto CEO. I am also an online show host for the Women's Information Network. My show, "The Stiletto CEO Show", speaks to women solopreneurs about managing life and business in resourceful and contemporary ways. We also explore ways to pamper ourselves, revitalize, and live healthier.
I participate in various leadership associations including the National Association of Women Business Owners, and National Association of Female Executives. Additionally, I am a community and social change advocate, with works in such organizations as The Ronald McDonald House Charities and Dress for Success. I hold degrees in business management and computer information systems.

This consulting package is designed for adults who need guidance on professional development and career goal setting. Depending on the client's needs, we will construct a custom Right Way Career Plan to focus on the client's main objectives. EARLY START COLLEGE CONSULTING
This consulting package is specifically designed for high school students entering college, or desire to enter college, but need some direction and planning. The core of the program is built around three areas: 1) The Education Assessment - an in-depth review of present positioning and future objectives. In this phase, we take a critical look into where the student is currently, where they want to be educationally, and assess how they can achieve their goals, 2) The Education Study - where we explore and examine the college options most suitable for the student's needs. In this phase, based off the Education Assessment we begin charting out a plan to alleviate roadblocks and highlight areas pertaining to college preparedness, and 3) The Education Plan - This action-based phase is where practical and specific steps are outlined to help the student through the admissions process, requirements, and paperwork.
